While strolling thru the beauty section at Barney's I decided I needed a new scent after I was extremely disappointed with my latest (and very expensive) purchase of Caron parfum. So after trying over 20 scents I found the one!!
She (yes my parfum has a soul) is the most amazingly beautiful scent I've ever smelled! If I could explain it, which I really can't but I'll try, it's like I woke up at my country home on the perfect summer morning, rolled in a field of fresh white lilac and then ran a bath of cucumber and orange peels and soaked for hours... yea that's it!
I'm so in love with the scent, it really makes me melt. The only downside is that I'm constantly sniffing myself so people may think I have a problem...
It's part of the Frederic Malle EDITIONS DE PARFUM special collection. Basically Monsieur Malle enlisted the best perfumers in the world and told them that they could make their own perfect scent with zero restrictions.
My scent is En Passant by Olivia Giacobetti.
